Terms of Sale
- All kittens are raised indoors and must remain strictly indoor-only companions. Supervised outdoor time is only allowed in a secure cat enclosure or on a proper leash and harness.
- Buyer agrees never to declaw the cat under any circumstance. Declawing is strictly prohibited.
- The cat/kitten must never be caged, confined, or isolated for extended periods. Crates and pens may be used temporarily only for safety, travel, training, or medical recovery.
- Buyer must provide proper care, high-quality nutrition, clean housing, and safe living conditions. If a kitten is found living in unsafe or unsanitary conditions, the breeder may require immediate surrender with no refund.
- If the buyer cannot keep the cat/kitten, it must be returned to the breeder. Buyer may not rehome, sell, give away, surrender, or transfer the cat to anyone else. No refund will be given.
- Pet kittens must be spayed/neutered between 8–10 months. Proof must be sent to the breeder for release of registration papers. If proof is not received by 10 months, the buyer will owe $5000.00 USD for breach of contract.
- Breeding rights are offered only to approved homes and must be discussed before reservation. An additional $3,000 USD breeding fee applies.
- If a pet kitten is bred without written approval, a $3,000 USD fee per litter applies. No pedigree or registration documents will be released in unauthorized breeding situations, and the cat must still be altered.
- A $500 reservation fee is required to join the waitlist. This fee is non-refundable and is applied toward the kitten’s total price not an addition to the price.
- All payments toward a kitten are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Kitten selection begins around 8 weeks in waitlist order. After choosing a kitten you will place a second payment of 50% of the remain total price of the kitten (minus deposit) as a holding payment, the choice is final and cannot be changed to another kitten or future litter.
- The remaining balance is due at pickup (16 weeks of age), or 14 days (at 14 weeks of age) before flight nanny transport. Kittens cannot leave until payment clears.
- If a congenital issue is confirmed by a licensed necropsy during the guarantee period, a replacement kitten will be offered when available. No monetary refunds.
- Kittens are guaranteed for one year against life-threatening congenital or hereditary defects. If a genetic concern arises, a replacement kitten will be provided when available. No monetary refunds.
- If a kitten passes due to suspected congenital cause, a necropsy from a certified state veterinary lab is required to receive a replacement. Failure to provide necropsy voids the guarantee.
- All veterinary care and expenses are the buyer’s responsibility once the kitten leaves the breeder’s care.
- There are no guarantees regarding adult size, coat length, coat shade, eye color, personality, breeding ability, or show quality.
- The breeder reserves the right to refuse placement at any time if a home is not the right fit. If the breeder cancels the sale before the kitten leaves, any refund amount will be at the breeder’s discretion depending on timing and circumstances.
- No refunds or exchanges. All sales are final.
