D'Alvara British Cattery

Kitten Pricing

The starting cost of one of my pet home kittens is $3000. Each kittens will be evaluated individually at 8 weeks and priced accordingly to quality type and structure, parent pairing, facial type and bite, eye color and expression, coat quality and color rarity and distinguished accomplishments within ancestral line, this evaluation will determine the final price of each kitten.

For approved breeding homes and additional $3000 breeding rights fee will be applied on top of the kittens evaluation pet price. Permission to purchase a breeding kitten is granted selectively and only to established ethical breeding programs aligned with our standards and values.

You can choose a Available kitten on my Available Kittens page, or choose to join our waitlist for future litters.

There is a $500 non refundable deposit to join the waitlist. The $500 goes towards the price of the kitten and is NOT an addition to the price. When its your turn on the waitlist and the kittens turn 8 weeks of age, you will be invited to choose from the available kittens after they been evaluated by the breeder. Once you select your kitten a second payment of 50% of the remaining balance is due to secure your choice. I understand choosing a kitten is an huge decision and at time is very difficult to decide. If you feel unsure at the time of selection, I kindly recommend you wait for a future litter.

Please note: Once you make your selection and submit the second payment (50% of remaining balance), that choice is final, and that payment becomes non-transferable and non-refundable. At that point, you may not switch to another kitten or move your deposit to a different litter, as your selected kitten is considered officially reserved.

The remainder balance due will be paid the day of pickup if picking your kitten up in person, or 2 weeks prior to delivery date if your kitten will be delivered via flight nanny. If you choose do pick up your baby in person I do NOT accept checks for the balance of your kitten, you must bring cash or make a payment with card prior to pickup. All pet homes are required to spay/neuter their kitten by 10 months of age and provide Veterinary proof. Failure to do so will result in a additional $3000 fee and no registration papers will be released. This requirement is outlined in our contract and strictly enforced to protect our breeding program and the breed standard.

Waitlist

The nonrefundable deposit is good for life. When you are at the top of the list I will reach out to you when the next available litter of kittens turn 8 weeks old, you will then have the option to choose a kitten or continue to wait for a future litter. You will always be priority over any deposits placed after you, even when deciding to wait for a different litter.

I reserve the right to cancel or refuse sale of any kitten up until the time of delivery if I feel it is not in best interest of the kitten.

You can not join the waitlist until I have approved your kitten application and a deposit has been submitted. I will not approve the application until I also have spoken with you directly! I go in order by who contacted me first when reviewing applications and speaking to potential adopters!

The waitlist is on strict first come first serve basis. We keep things simple and fair: kittens are chosen in the order deposits are received. When it’s your turn, you’ll be able to pick from the kittens available at that time. If the right kitten isn’t there, you’re welcome to pass and keep your place on the waitlist for the next litter.

While deposits don’t hold a specific pairing or guarantee a certain gender, your spot on the list is always secure — so you can wait until the kitten that feels like the best fit for you comes along. If you join the waitlist and it’s your turn to choose and you have your eye on a future pairing or a specific gender that isn’t available at your time to choose from a current litter you can choose to hold out for a kitten and keep your spot in the waitlist.

I reserve the right to hold any kitten back for observation that I am interested in possibly keeping, or have decided to keep for any litter.
